Great on Ribs

Used the salt and pepper as well as the double truffle seasoning from Jmo and they were both delicious. They were perfect to use as a rub for smoking pork ribs. Lots of smiles around the table for dinner, and so much flavor in every bite.

Have used this blend twice in two nights. First was to season a flour and sauté local walleye. Added a T to 3/4 c flour, mixed and dredged —fabulous flavor! Second was to season a stuffed pistachio-butter and shallot bone-in chicken breast.So good! An easy blend to season almost anything! Highly recommend.
