Ingredients:
- Butter (4 TBSP, melted)
- Sea Sugar (1/3 cup)
- Egg (1)
- (Whole Wheat) Flour [1/2 cup & 2 TBSP)
- Baking powder (1/4 tsp)
- Kosher Salt (1/8 tsp)
Directions:
- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet tray with silicone or parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, and egg yolk (save egg-white for a different use!)
- Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl. Add into the large bowl and fold using a spatula ‘til a dough is formed.
- Roll dough into small balls and place onto baking tray. Sprinkle any remaining sugar on top of cookies.
- Bake for ~10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and transfer to a cooler surface (counter-top or wire-rack). Serve and Enjoy!
This recipe serves an ideal portion for (5-6) people. Cook time (25 minutes).
