- Smoker or Oven, Heat or Fuel, Tongs, Aluminum Foil, Cerated Knife
Ingredients:
- Beef Brisket (12.5 lbs)
- Traverse City BBQ Rub (4/5 Bottle)
Instructions:
1. Rub Brisket on all sides with BBQ Rub.
2. Place Seasoned Brisket inside oven or smoker at 275 degrees for 4 hours, then remove and carefully wrap in tin foil. Place back in oven or smoker and turn temperature to 250.
3. Cook for additional 4 hours or until the internal temperature of the brisket reads 205 degrees F.
3. Remove and let rest in foil for 25 minutes. Carve carefully with knife, Serve, and Enjoy!
