Beef BBQ (Cherry) Brisket

Ingredients:

- Brisket (15 lbs)

- Traverse City BBQ Rub (4 oz)

 

Instructions:

1. Rub Brisket on all sides with BBQ Rub.

2. Place Seasoned Brisket inside oven or smoker at 250 degrees for 4 hours, then remove and carefully wrap in tin foil. Place back in oven or smoker.

3. Cook for additional 4 hours or until the internal temperature of the brisket reads 205 degrees F.

3. Remove and let rest for 25 minutes. Carve, Serve, and Enjoy!
